The first Fall Brawl debuted on October 20, 2019.  The event, held at Centreville High School in Clifton, VA, was a teaching moment. Birthed by Larry Megale with the help of his former teammates at the University of Virginia who illustrate the concept of lacrosse being not just a sport, but a family. We were grateful to Princeton, Notre Dame and Colgate for coming to support us in our awareness of the opioid epidemic and our family.

Two years later, after a hiatus due to covid-19, we brought you two American Boy Fall Brawls in October 2021.  On October 10, University of Virginia, Penn State, Lehigh and Richmond University faced off at Centreville High School.  Cabrini University hosted the October 23 event featuring Cabrini, Elizabethtown College and Stockton University.  Again, in 2022 we featured these same teams returning to Centreville High School and Ocean City High School, NJ. That year we added the Ohio Fall Brawl at Hudson High School with Ohio State, Robert Morris, Ohio Wesleyan and Mercyhurst.

We invite you all to come out to see amazing lacrosse while supporting the struggle of addiction. These will be special days for Larry, as he so proudly watched his son Matt love the sport of lacrosse as much as he did.
